"Wow. Walked past this place a million times but it wasn’t till I googled best taco places in the city that they popped up. Gave it a try and glad I did great burrito. The meat was so tender (unlike most toco joints) will be back to try the breakfast burritos."

"Fabis Tacos D.C. food cart is serving up tacos, burritos, tortas, and more in the Lower Side on the corner of Grand and Suffolk Streets. typically parked from lunchtime til about 6 pm on most weekdays —and a little later on Fridays and Saturdays. the cart is well-maintained and superclean. stopped by here and grabbed a chorizo burrito and it did not disappoint. the flour tortilla was packed with chorizo chopped on the grill, rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. the burrito tasted so fresh and each ingredient added its own texture and flavor. the burrito was ample in size and was super-filling. it’s awesome that food truck / cart culture is expanding and really put out quality eats in different neighborhoods. Fabis is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. chorizo burrito, $10 + tip. don’t forget to ask for the salsa verde and salsa roja! the folks who run this cart are kind and put effort into the food bc it looks and tastes great."

"A little truck on Grand and Suffolk Street that serves up pretty solid tacos! All of them are $4 - they got pollo, bistec, carnitas, vegetables, chorizo, cecina, carne enchilada, and pastor. I tried the carnitas and pastor and both were good! Pastor was flavorful and had a good amount of pineapples. The carnitas were pretty tender. And for the price, they definitely gave a good amount of meat. Since he adds guac on top, it doesn’t really need any sauce. I tried the green one and it was just too spicy for me!"
